Ground floor: dining room with fridge / freezer, microwave, electric oven, ceramic hob, coffee maker, senseo. The kitchen is brand new (2016). Then a living room with a new sofa bed (it can be used at night as a bed for 1 or 2 people), satellite TV with TNT, a radio with DVD player. And also a toilet.
Upstairs 1 bedroom with 1 bed for 2 persons and 1 bedroom with 2 separate beds and a bathroom with shower and toilet and a washing machine. In addition 1 folding bed of 1. 80 m and a small bed for a baby.
The big advantage of this house is that the terrace is facing south. Sun from 8:30 until 16:30 on the terrace of 35 sqm. Table with 6 chairs, terrace with large umbrella and awning, and 2 sunbeds and a barbeque. The house also has a private parking at 20 m.
